Croeso means welcome

A warm welcome to North Wales

Beautiful places to stay, cared for by someone who knows the area.

Hello, I’m Karen

I’m the person behind Croeso Retreats. Based in Llandudno Junction, I bring nine years of experience to caring for holiday homes and welcoming guests to North Wales.

I believe a great stay begins with thoughtful details, friendly communication and a home that’s ready to enjoy. For owners, that means personal, local support with the day-to-day work of holiday letting.

Whether you’re planning a coastal break, a mountain escape or looking for help managing your property, I’d love to hear from you.
