Reviews of our cottage in Blaenau Ffestiniog
“The cottage was very clean, with fresh, beautifully scented bedding, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The sitting area was cosy and inviting, with a lovely selection of clean blankets to snuggle up with on a cooler evening. The outdoor dining area was a real highlight, with beautiful mountain views. There were also plenty of games for all ages, which made it easy to enjoy a rainy day at home. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and having Netflix was a great bonus. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed, including a pizza oven, BBQ and Ninja air fryer. An absolutely lovely cottage for any kind of weather, whether you're travelling as a couple or with family. There are also plenty of places to visit within a short drive, making it a great base for exploring the area. We would definitely recommend this cottage and would happily stay again!”
“We had a lovely stay in Blaenau Ffestiniog. The house was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and it was clean and comfortable throughout. The lounge area was a real highlight, with both an air hockey table and pool table, which provided great entertainment in the evenings. The fully equipped kitchen was also a big plus, and the off-road parking was an added bonus. The location is excellent for exploring the area. It’s only around a 5-minute walk down to a large Co-op and the Ffestiniog Railway, where you can catch the steam train through to Porthmadog. If you fancy fish and chips, we’d also recommend Trish n Chips, conveniently located next to the Co-op. Overall, it’s a great base for exploring Gwynedd and the surrounding areas.”
“Nice and quiet location with a great view. The property was clean and tidy with most things available. Host responded very quickly to messages and was very kind and friendly.”
